Professional Biography
Emmanuel Amos is a seasoned technology entrepreneur, machine learning engineer, and digital transformation strategist with more than two decades of impact across Africa’s tech landscape. As the Chief Software Architect and CEO of Programos Software Limited, he led the design and deployment of CloudIntegra and CloudIntegra Mobile, Africa’s pioneering capital market automation platforms. These award-winning solutions have significantly revolutionized equity and bond trading in both Nigerian and Ghanaian stock markets.

Driven by a passion for data-led development, he serves as Chief Data Officer under the Africa IPv6-Cybersecurity Task Force, contributing to strategies for secure, next-generation internet infrastructure across the continent. Emmanuel is also the visionary behind the Innovationbed (AI) Incubation Academy, a transformative mentorship platform that equips students, graduates, and professionals across disciplines with AI and machine learning skills to promote national productivity and innovation.

In his global engagements, Emmanuel represents Nigeria as the Eminent National Expert for the United Nations World Summit Awards (WSA), where he scouts and mentors high-impact tech innovations for global visibility. His mentorship contributions extend to the MasterCard Foundation Associate Program, where he guides young African changemakers on leveraging technology for societal advancement.

He is also a former Director of Policy (Africa) at the Global Digital Foundation in Brussels, where he played a key role in shaping inclusive digital policy frameworks relevant to African development contexts.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
As Chief Software Architect & CEO of Programos Software Limited (since 1990), Emmanuel pioneered digital transformation in capital market operations, creating mission-critical trading software that continues to drive operations in Nigeria and Ghana.

As President of Programos Foundation (since 2010), he leads community empowerment initiatives, including the launch of the Innovationbed (AI) Incubation Academy, providing mentorship and AI skill-building for youths, professionals, and students across Africa.

Since 2010, Emmanuel has also served as Eminent National Expert for Nigeria at the United Nations World Summit Awards (WSA), playing a vital role in discovering, evaluating, and supporting digital innovations that contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

In his capacity as a Mentor in the MasterCard Foundation Associate Mentorship Program, he actively supports emerging African talents by helping them integrate technological thinking into their entrepreneurial and social initiatives.
